The idea behind Three Quarter Indian was to provide Ahmedabad with an experience that gives them the best of both worlds - contemporary and desi. Ahmedabad being a city that is loved by food connoisseurs, we wanted to level up the experience around all things food and fine dine, hence the idea of an open air cafe complimenting the restro-lounge made us excited to present something special to the city.
